Here is a link to the theme that I use and prefer:

A WordPress plugin is something that you install on your site to perform a specific action (This could be SEO purposes, video embedding services, and much more).

A WordPress theme is the look of your website. Basically however you want your website to look is what theme you need to choose from.

*** With both plugins and themes they come in 2 different ways. Premium and Free. There are some that are really inexpensive and then others that are fairly expensive. It will all depend on your specific needs on which ones you need.

I have a question that needs answering and literally anyone can answer this for me, who possible has the right answer for this question. I would like to know is it possible to utilize other plug-ins outside of WordPress with a WordPress website? Let's say that I download a plug-in that I purchased from another website and I want to use it with my WordPress website, would I be able to add the plug-in to WordPress and use it on my website?
